Michael P. feldman
Mr. Feldman was previously the Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Choice New York Companies: Choice NY Property Management, LLC (2009), Goldin Choice Property Management (2018), Staffing By Choice (2013) and Home By Choice Real Estate Brokerage (2019). Together, these companies provide an array of 3rd Party Real Estate Services such as Property Management, Building Staffing and Residential Brokerage on all-scale residential buildings in New York City.
Mr. Feldman focused on business acquisitions, large business prospective client procurement, directly training the organizations ~300 full-time professionals and was the chief liaison with Choice New York Managements’ Parent Company, Associa Corporation, out of Dallas, Texas.
In addition to being an active member of Tiger21 (tiger21.com), Mr. Feldman is a Board Member of the Simon School of Business AIN Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Rochester where he also serves as a mentor for a group of MBA candidates and is a recurring “shark-tank” style judge for various Business School Competitions awarding millions of dollars in grants to various start-ups.
Mr. Feldman is an active member of the Young President Organization (ypo.org) where he additionally has served on the New York Liberty Chapter Learning and Membership Committees.
Mr. Feldman periodically serves as an expert witness for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and the People of the State of New York in Real Estate Fraud.
Mr. Feldman is a Board Member of the University of Rochester Hillel Board.
Mr. Feldman also has a part-time job as a Vail International Resorts Ski Instructor. He is also a parent volunteer on his sons’ alpine ski racing team, specializing in the fastest junior race ‘The Super-G.’
Mr. Feldman’s formal education was at the University of Rochester where he earned a B.A. in Political Science. Mr. Feldman resides in the NYC Metro area with his wife, son, daughter, dogs and exotic farm-bred coral reef fish.
Mr. Bottner is a tenacious and accomplished real estate and tech investor and entrepreneur. As the former co-founder of Choice NY Property Management LLC(2009), Staffing by Choice (2013) and Steady Install, Inc. (2019), he played a critical role in each of these successful and still thriving companies that service the real estate, maintenance, and staffing industries.
After 9 years growing Choice NY Property Management, he became CEO and operating co-founder of the tech platform Steady Install, Inc. Mr. Bottner led the launch, growth and strategy of the 2-sided B2B gig labor app that connected commercial installation companies with individual skilled tradesmen. During his tenure there, he took the company from an idea to over $3M in ARR and operations in9 cities across 6 states.
Mr. Bottner has personally dealt with every area of the businesses that PPC will pursue and acquire. His original experience in NYC real estate combined with his most recent venture in the tech space, makes him a strong asset capable of driving operational growth, efficiency and improvement across the PPC portfolio companies.
Mr. Bottner graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Biology and Mathematics and currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and two sons.

Mr. Shepard has 10 years of experience in specialized investment banking and private investing experience across various asset classes. Rory joined GMM as a Principal in 2023 and is focused on M&A advisory, capital raising, and principal investing.
Mr. Shepard was most recently a Vice President at JPK Capital, a family office focused on growth equity investments across a variety of sectors. Prior to JPK Capital, Rory was an investment professional at Partners Group where he focused on debt and equity impact investments globally. Rory began his career in investment banking with the Power, Energy & Infrastructure group at Lazard where he advised on over $35 billion of transactions.
